Last weekend I traveled to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with my mum and youngest sister. I cannot remember much about KK town although I went there after the PMR.
It takes 15 minutes car ride from KKIA to KK town and cost RM30 per way. We stay at
Lavender Lodge. 3 pax in a room cost us RM85 per night. This hostel is very clean, staffs very friendly, free wifi and within walking distance to Jesselton Point , Warisan Square and others famous local restaurant. I highly recommend backpackers stay here as it is very convenient.

After Sapi Island, we headed to Manukan Island. Well, I definitely disappointed by the environment, is polluted already. The corals dead. There is no fish swimming near the beach. I still remember 10 years ago the water is so crystal clear and you can even see the corals surrounding by the fish.
